NOVOS October 2026 Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules

The NOVOS October 2026 Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ageless Science, 100 Park Avenue, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10017 (“Sponsor”).

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. No prior purchase or customer relationship is required.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and companies involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Immediate family means spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses.

The Sweepstakes begins October 22, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (“Entry Period”). Mountain Time means the time observed in Denver, Colorado. Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device.

Survey entry: During the Entry Period, complete any participating NOVOS survey distributed in connection with this Sweepstakes and provide a valid email address in the designated sweepstakes entry field. Submitting the survey with your email address provides one entry. These rules apply to all participating survey versions and audience groups.

Free alternative entry without completing a survey: During the Entry Period, email care@novoslabs.com with the subject line “NOVOS Survey Sweepstakes Entry.” Include your full name, state of residence, and a statement confirming that you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your state. No purchase or survey completion is required.

Limit one entry per person across all survey versions and entry methods combined. All eligible entries will be included in one drawing and have an equal chance of winning. Survey answers, including whether they are favorable or unfavorable, do not affect your chance of winning. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required.

Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Automated entries, false identities, and attempts to circumvent the entry limit are prohibited. Duplicate entries do not provide additional chances to win.

One winner will receive one $500 USD Amazon.com electronic Gift Card. Total retail value of all prizes: $500 USD. There is one prize across all participating survey versions and entry methods, not one prize per survey version.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged with Sponsor for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

On or about November 3, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will notify the potential winner at the email address provided with the entry within five business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days after notification is sent and may be required to provide reasonable documentation confirming eligibility and documentation required by applicable law. No payment or purchase is required to claim the prize.

If the potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to respond by the deadline, or cannot be contacted because the notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until the prize is awarded or no eligible entries remain.

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and deliver the prize, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://novoslabs.com/privacy-policy/.

The use of survey responses is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and any additional notice presented with the survey. Entry does not require consent to receive marketing emails or text messages. Any optional marketing consent will be requested separately.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and administration are final, subject to applicable law. Sponsor may disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failure, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the affected portion, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be posted where these Official Rules are published. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor will, where reasonably possible and lawful, award the prize through a random drawing from eligible entries received before termination.

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for entries or notifications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received because of technical failures or inaccurate contact information provided by an entrant. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To request the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence, email care@novoslabs.com with the subject line “NOVOS Survey Sweepstakes Winner” by January 15, 2027. Information will be provided after the winner is verified and to the extent permitted by law.
