Could glucosamine cause insulin resistance or higher sugar (glucose) levels?

When creating NOVOS Core, we took great care to research the topic of glucosamine and insulin resistance.

More recent studies show that glucosamine does not increase insulin resistance.

Also, glucosamine has various other benefits that are more important, like improving mitochondrial biogenesis, reducing inflammation, and most importantly, has been associated with reduced mortality and reduced risk of cardiovascular disease in humans. Studies in animals show that glucosamine can extend lifespan.
