What’s in it?
15 g of complete plant protein from pea and brown rice, 1.5 g of taurine, 3 mg of astaxanthin, 600 mg of organic mushroom extracts (200 mg each of Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps), plus 21 essential vitamins and minerals from natural food sources at 50% of the Daily Value. How do I eat it?

What flavors are there?
Salted Chocolate Crunch, Mixed Berry Crunch, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Crunch. All three are sweetened with honey, with 4 g of sugar in the first two.
