Working well so far
Cost is just about reasonable. Takes some getting used to drinking it, it goes better with food. The orange flavor tastes just fine, it tastes like a watered down, powdered orange juice. I’m hoping for more flavors in the future.
I do notice a bit increase in mental clarity. This is not a magic cure all, no such thing exists yet. But I think it’s a good start and the science is solid. It’s not a replacement for a healthy diet and exercise. I think the most benefit will be found in older individuals, 30s and above. If you’re young, it might not do much.
