A new standard for longevity supplements
Thousands of products call themselves longevity supplements. But an ingredient affecting one molecule or one biomarker does not by itself demonstrate meaningful support for how the body ages.
NOVOS Core was designed as a coordinated system targeting the 12 Hallmarks of Aging, then investigated through mechanistic studies, aged-animal models and human clinical research.
Mechanistic studies. Animal models. Placebo-controlled human research.
Clinical research validated that NOVOS Core provides nutritional support for biological systems predictive of lifespan and healthspan.

Why Core is different
The supplement industry sells aging as a single switch.
Scroll social media and the story is always the same: your mitochondria are the problem. Or your stem cells. Or DNA damage. Or senescent cells. Take this one collagen powder, this one peptide, this one miracle molecule, and the effects of aging simply disappear.
It is a compelling pitch because it is simple. It is also wrong. Each of these interventions touches one real piece of biology, and leaves the rest of the aging process untouched.
Useful biology?
Yes.
The whole aging process?
Not even close.
Tap a strategy. Only one part of the cell lights up. The rest of aging keeps going without it.
Scientists now agree: aging runs on 12 interconnected drivers.
Over the past decade, longevity researchers have converged on a framework called the 12 Hallmarks of Aging: the core biological processes that drive how fast we age, how long we stay healthy, and ultimately how long we live.
Crucially, the Hallmarks are not independent. Damage to DNA accelerates cellular senescence. Senescent cells drive chronic inflammation. Inflammation disrupts nutrient sensing and mitochondrial function. Every Hallmark pushes on the others, which is why addressing only one can never be enough.
Meaningful longevity support means addressing the system, not a single switch.
DNA accumulates damage over time, and repair systems work less efficiently.
Protective caps at the ends of chromosomes shorten as cells divide.
Chemical marks on DNA shift with age and change which genes are active.
Cells become less able to fold, maintain and recycle proteins correctly.
The cellular recycling system slows down and debris builds up.
Pathways that read energy availability drift away from youthful signaling.
Energy production becomes less efficient and more error prone.
Some cells stop dividing but stay active and signal to neighboring tissue.
Tissue renewal slows because regenerative cell pools decline.
Signals between cells and tissues become noisier with age.
Low grade inflammatory signaling rises across many tissues.
The microbial community in the gut shifts in composition and function.
Core was built around the aging system, not one trendy pathway.
NOVOS Core is the first patent-pending formulation designed to address all 12 Hallmarks of Aging simultaneously: 12 ingredients, selected and dosed so their effects overlap across every hallmark.
Because aging cannot be treated with simple approaches in isolation, and there is no single miracle molecule. There never was.

Single-pathway approach
Useful tools. None of them is the whole answer.
NOVOS Core
The multi-pathway longevity foundation.
The formula itself has been studied.
The goal was never to find one magic longevity molecule. It was to build a formulation around the biology of aging itself.
A molecule can change.
That tells us biology was affected, but not if it will impact healthspan or lifespan.
A biomarker can change.
That tells us a measurable signal changed, but not whether it will impact healthspan or lifespan.
Someone can feel different.
That tells us about subjective experience, but not whether their aging slowed or health improved.
But longevity is a bigger question.
Cells
Did we impact the processes that cause aging?
Animal models
By impacting those processes, were we able to extend animal lifespan and healthspan?
Human physiology
Were we able to improve organ function in humans that’s associated with healthspan and lifespan?
NOVOS investigates all three.
NOVOS Core is a rigorously studied longevity formula, rare in the dietary supplement market.
LBA
NOVOS is the only dietary supplement company that is a member of the Longevity Biotechnology Association.
The evidence journey

Mechanistic research
Cellular and biochemical research showing whether relevant aging biology can be affected. Cells are not people.

Lifespan and healthspan research
Whole-organism animal research. It can test long-duration outcomes, but it does not establish the same result in humans.

Preliminary epigenetic research
Humans were studied, but without randomization or a placebo group. Findings are preliminary and cannot establish causation.

Functional physiology
The complete finished product was tested in humans under randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled conditions.
The first human system we measured
Cardiovascular function is one of the most consequential systems to preserve as we age.
Blood vessels become less flexible. Endothelial function can decline. Blood pressure tends to rise. These changes are part of the physiology of aging, even before disease is present.
And the cardiovascular system does not operate in isolation. It supplies oxygen and nutrients to nearly every tissue in the body, from the brain and muscles to the kidneys, skin and other organs.
That made cardiovascular function a powerful first place to ask a larger question:
Can NOVOS Core’s unique approach of targeting the 12 Hallmarks of Aging measurably support a major physiological system that changes with age?

It changes with age
With age, arteries tend to become less flexible and endothelial responsiveness can decline.
Blood pressure also commonly rises across adulthood.
These are measurable changes in physiology, which makes the cardiovascular system highly relevant to healthy-aging research.
The whole body depends on it
The cardiovascular system delivers oxygen, nutrients and hormonal signals, and helps transport metabolic products throughout the body.
Healthy circulation therefore supports much more than the heart. It supports the environment in which cells and organs throughout the body function.
You cannot separate cardiovascular health from whole-body health.

The stakes are high
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide, and risk rises substantially with age.
That makes cardiovascular physiology more than a convenient biomarker.
It is one of the most consequential systems to understand and preserve across the lifespan.
Cardiovascular aging is aging.
One important system within a much broader aging process, and one of the clearest places to measure whether that process is being supported.
Foundational infrastructure
Brain
Requires continuous blood flow, oxygen and nutrient delivery.
Muscle
Depends on circulation for oxygen delivery, nutrients and exercise capacity.
Kidneys
Receive substantial blood flow and help regulate fluid and blood-pressure physiology.
Skin
Circulation supports nutrient and oxygen delivery to tissue.
Liver
Metabolic work depends on a steady supply of blood, oxygen and nutrients.
Whole body
Every tissue sits downstream of circulation. Cardiovascular function is foundational infrastructure for the whole body.
Illustrative of normal circulatory physiology. No organ-specific disease claims are made.
It changes meaningfully with age.
It affects the health of virtually every organ.
It has enormous consequences for long-term health.
And importantly for a clinical study, it can be measured using validated functional endpoints.
Endothelial function
How well blood vessels respond when increased blood flow is required.
Arterial flexibility
How elastic the large arteries are, critical for cardiovascular health.
Healthy blood pressure
Whether pressure can be improved starting from within a healthy range.
Cardiovascular function was the first major physiological system we measured in humans. It was not the only system NOVOS Core was designed to support.
Core was designed around the broader biology of aging and the 12 Hallmarks of Aging.
The cardiovascular study gave us something especially valuable:
a way to test whether that upstream formulation approach could produce downstream measurable effects on human physiology.
From signals to function
Many studies show that a molecule or laboratory marker changed. That can be scientifically useful.
But for NOVOS Core, we also wanted to know something more consequential: did an important physiological system actually function differently?

Biological signal
Indirect / molecular measurement
A biological signal changed.
These measurements can tell us that biology has changed. But they do not always tell us whether an organ or physiological system is functioning better.
Useful. Important. But one layer of evidence.

Physiological function
Direct / functional measurement
The system itself functioned differently.
A blood vessel can dilate differently. An artery can transmit a pressure wave differently. Blood pressure can change. These measurements assess how the cardiovascular system actually performs.
That is a much higher bar.
NOVOS Core was not evaluated only by asking whether a molecule moved. We measured whether a major aging-related physiological system functioned differently in humans.
Core was tested at both levels, and the randomized human study focused on functional physiology.

Randomized human research
In a six-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human study, NOVOS Core demonstrated beneficial effects over placebo on multiple functional biomarkers used in aging and cardiovascular research.
Human clinical data is the strongest form of validation, and its meaning deepens when multiple independent measures point in the same positive direction.
The complete finished product was tested in humans under randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled conditions.
Publication status: manuscript under peer review at the time of writing.

The complete finished formula that is available for purchase is what was tested.
Three human results
Endothelial function
FMD
+2.9 percentage points
Versus placebo.
Support for healthy vascular responsiveness
Flow-mediated dilation measures how effectively an artery expands when blood flow increases.
In published research, each 1% improvement in FMD has been associated with better cardiovascular outcomes in observational populations. A 2.9% change is considered a substantial magnitude in the FMD literature.
FMD effect size vs. lifestyle interventions
Values shown as % improvement, from published studies in similar adult populations.
Provides support for healthy endothelial function.
Arterial flexibility
PWV
1.18 m/s favorable difference
Versus placebo.
Support for healthier arterial flexibility
Carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity is a widely used measure of arterial flexibility.
In the general population, PWV tends to worsen by roughly 1 m/s per decade of life, so a 1.18 m/s favorable difference is notable. To our knowledge, this magnitude of improvement in a controlled dietary supplement study is the largest ever achieved.
PWV effect size vs. lifestyle interventions
Values shown as m/s improvement, from published studies in similar adult populations.
NOVOS Core helped support healthy arterial flexibility, which is rare for a dietary supplement.
Healthy blood pressure support
SBP
6.1 mmHg placebo-adjusted difference
Versus placebo.
Supports maintenance of healthy systolic blood pressure already within the normal range
A placebo-adjusted difference of this size is considered large and meaningful in cardiovascular biomarker research. This describes the biomarker response observed in the study, not a claim that NOVOS Core treats or prevents disease.
SBP effect size vs. lifestyle interventions
Values shown as mmHg reduction, from published studies in similar adult populations.
Beneficial effects on maintenance of healthy blood pressure already within the normal range.
Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human research. Outcomes reflect physiological biomarkers rather than disease outcomes. Results should be interpreted in the context of the studied population and full protocol. Individual results may vary. Comparisons to lifestyle interventions are not head-to-head: they come from distinct, independent studies with different protocols and populations. NOVOS does not claim that NOVOS Core is superior to healthy lifestyle modifications, which remain foundational to cardiovascular health.
One formula.
Three independent vascular measures.
Randomized human evidence.
The first of its kind dietary supplement to have documented positive and simultaneous effects on endothelial function, arterial flexibility, and healthy blood pressure already within the normal range.
These results are uncommon in dietary supplement research.

Orange is NOVOS Core. Green is a statistically significant competitor result. Light gray means no statistically significant demonstrated effect (NS). This wider arterial-flexibility comparison includes both fasted and non-fasted competitor trials.
12 of 12
arterial-flexibility comparisons surpassed
NOVOS Core helped support healthy arterial flexibility, which is rare for a dietary supplement.
Pressure wave travels differently through compliant arteries. Aging is associated with changes in arterial elasticity. Pulse wave velocity provides a functional measure of arterial flexibility. Lower values indicate a more favorable result.
No two people react precisely the same way to nutritional interventions. Individual results will vary, with some obtaining no benefit. Comparisons use results from separate published trials involving different populations and protocols. They are not direct head-to-head randomized comparisons.
Healthy blood pressure
2.4x
Arterial flexibility
2.7x
Endothelial function
1.2x
Strong across all three, not just one.
These averages come from separate randomized studies involving different participants and protocols.
Omega-3 was the strongest broad comparator because qualifying omega-3 research included significant results involving all three vascular measures. Instead of averaging only successful omega-3 studies, the benchmark includes qualifying fasted trials reporting numerical results, including null results.
Blood pressure
2.1x
Arterial flexibility
5.9x
Endothelial function
1.4x
Strong across all three, not just one.
In this published-trial benchmark, the NOVOS Core effect was larger across all three measures than the average result across qualifying fasted omega-3 trials.
No two people react precisely the same way to nutritional interventions. Individual results will vary, with some obtaining no benefit. Comparisons use results from separate published trials involving different populations and protocols. They are not direct head-to-head randomized comparisons.

One formulation.
Three independent vascular measures.
Randomized human evidence.
Results uncommon in supplement research.
Delivers vascular benefits rarely seen with dietary supplements and nutrition.
Sets a new benchmark for what a longevity supplement can achieve in humans.

NOVOS Core was not formulated as a conventional heart supplement.
It was built as a coordinated multi-pathway formulation designed around the biology of aging.
Cardiovascular physiology was selected as the first human system to measure because it is sensitive to age-related change and can be evaluated with validated functional endpoints.
Provides nutritional support for biological systems predictive of lifespan and healthspan.
The cardiovascular trial demonstrates functional engagement of one major aging-related physiological system in humans. It does not mean cardiovascular biology is the only system Core was designed to support.
The longevity foundation
Clinically studied
The human trial measured one physiological system. Core was designed around twelve mechanisms of aging.

A modern longevity stack often begins by finding several individually promising compounds and assuming their effects will add together. That assumption is not always correct.
Researchers studying combinations of longevity compounds in lifespan models have found:
Preclinical model
Synergy should be tested, not assumed.
That is why NOVOS studies Core as a complete formulation.
Stack
Promising separately.
System
Designed together. Studied together.
NOVOS Core was built as a system by carefully evaluating its bio pathways with a team of researchers, rather than just stacking together trendy ingredients.
Preclinical
Statistically significant results on lifespan and healthspan in aged animal models were observed.
Animal lifespan studies can test long-duration whole-organism outcomes that cannot practically be studied across a human lifespan. They do not establish that NOVOS Core extends human lifespan.

Biological pace of aging
DunedinPACE is designed to estimate biological Pace of Aging from epigenetic patterns. In a preliminary observational NOVOS study, participants used Core plus Boost and completed biological-aging testing over time.
73%
showed a measurable reduction in Pace of Aging
Humans were studied, but without randomization or a placebo group. Findings are preliminary and cannot establish causation.
Small observational study. No placebo group. Preliminary evidence. DunedinPACE is a research-informed biological-aging biomarker, not a clinical disease outcome.
NOVOS Core also provides short term benefits
Longevity matters later. The routine still has to make sense today.
Daily experience positioning reflects ingredient-level research and customer reporting. It does not mean every subjective benefit was measured in the Core randomized study.
81% of surveyed NOVOS customers reported feeling a difference within two weeks across six areas of wellbeing.
Areas surveyed: energy, sleep, cognition, mood, skin and overall wellbeing.
Self-reported customer survey. Not a randomized clinical trial. Individual results may vary.

What we know
What we do not know yet
Good longevity science shows the limits too.
Longevity still depends heavily on:
NOVOS products are designed to complement those fundamentals.

Longevity should be more than a claim.
Research should go beyond individual ingredients.
A formula should be studied as the complete formula.
Human studies should measure actual function.
Most companies market supplements.
NOVOS runs a longevity research program.
