We feel great!
I just want to say THANK YOU for NMN. My girlfriend and I started NR in March of last year and Boost and Core products in June/July of last year. I am 61, and she is 55. We are actually taking Boost (NMN) in the morning and NR at night. There is definitely a very notable difference in our general well being.
We are both lifelong athletes and had the normal aches and pains associated with abusing our bodies. My joints were stiff in the morning and I could feel a general stiffness when lifting weights. Especially the shoulder and hips. For me the range of motion and reduction in joint pain has been very noticeable. I am doing nothing different from a training perspective, and my diet is essentially the same as it was prior to taking Core/Boost. In fact both of us consume more wine then we should which probably reduces the potential benefits. I used to take NSAID or similar on a regular basis to manage joint pain and I cant tell you the last time I have taken any!!!!
Oh yes, I cannot forget the improved cognitive function. Harder to measure but we both agree there is a certain level of improvement in our mental energy.
