The reason I first try the Novo’s Core was desperation to reduce my CRP (C-reactive Protein). I used anti inflammatory powder before from my local Herbal store, and it was good. My CRP number was 8.5 and after 28 days of using the powder from the local store it brings down to 1.0. I stopped couple of months and it went back up again to 8.1. after searching I’ve found Novo’s Core stating that it’s anti inflammatory drink. I ordered, start taking it. I did some blood work fifteen days later and it come down to .9. I’m trying to find out what causes my body’s inflammatory responses. I started Novo’s Core 2023 on and off now it looks different from the old one. Maybe it is just the packaging.

As a drink I blend with some fruits and it is delicious.

I’m 61 w/ chronic inflammation. Moving back to a colder climate moved me from less active to downright wanting to quit. I had to lean and hold on to railings, & the chronic pain in my hips, knees, hands & feet were making movement intolerable, so much so, I chose to sit more and more. I wish I had started them separately-but I took Core and Vital at the same time. On day 6, I got out of bed, and flew down the stairs…midway down I realized I didn’t need to hold on to the rail. And I ran up the stairs to be sure…The pain was 80% gone! * there may be permanent damage from the years of inflammation. It has been 9 days. I am almost pain free. I ate badly one day and thought I’d pay for it. I didn’t feel as good but wanted to see if this was just the improved food or the NOVOS. I am not going to “test” anymore. With NOVOS Core and Vital, I am not going to take this for granted. I am going to continue to improve my diet and exercise and see just how much healthier and stronger I can get! I am more focused, excited about life and my future. I am hoping more improvements will come. If they do, I’ll be sure to let you know. Fantastic product and fantastic customer service! I highly recommend the NOVOS line. I’ve been taking them for 6 months and can see (skin) and feel (energy levels, sense well being) the difference. Also, I prefer the Orange flavored Core vs the unflavored version.
